Prep Workstations - Our prep workstations include a 6’ table with undertable coolers.

We know you want to conveniently utilize our facility as you would one you use exclusively. We've designed a system where you are able to bring in and securely store food supplies when you aren't using the facility but easily accessible when you are using the kitchen.
Dry Storage
- For infrequent, cost-sensitive users, dry food and supplies can be brought in each time you rent a workstation.
- For more frequent users, 8 hours/week or more, we have 3’x3’ lockable mesh secured storage cages available for rent.
- These are flexible for your needs; roll in your own speed rack, add your own shelves; you choose!
Cold Storage
- Refrigerated storage while you're using the kitchen is always available.
- For your convenience while preparing for a job, cold secured storage is available for rent.
- The secured storage is enclosed rolling racks that are flexible; divide with your own sheet pans (holds 40), your own bus tubs; you choose!
